I found the staff, particularly Francesca, invaluable—she went out of her way to assist me with local excursions and transportation. However, some inconveniences arose, particularly the late check-in fee. Arriving at 8:30 pm incurred an extra charge, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, the lack of a shuttle service made transportation into Sorrento a bit challenging, as I had to rely on taxis or would have needed a rental car. These small issues did not overshadow the fantastic ambiance and service, but they are worth noting for future guests.

I especially loved the beautiful gardens where we spent peaceful evenings watching the sunset. The ladies at the reception were incredibly helpful in arranging a scooter for us, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions like the Basilica di Sant'Antonino and the Museum Shop of Wood Inlay. However, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety at breakfast and maybe a coffee machine in the room.
